In the bivariate results obtained 7 (seven) variables no association with the public demand for health services in the region of Cilandak district health center in 2008 which includes: a variable offer formal education (p value 0.14) 0r = 1.00 95% CI: 2.00, Type of work (p value = 1.00 0r 0:56 95% CI: 2.00, Guarantee health care (pvalue 0.20) 0r = 0.39 95% CI: 31.54, Long waiting service (pvalue 0:46) 0:52 0r 95% CI: 2.60, Ability to pay (12:43 p value) 0r = 0.60 95% CI: 3:26, Willingness to pay (p value 0:23) 0r = 0.71 95% CI: 3.89, need for health services (p value 0.36) 0r = 0.20 95% CI: 3.94. But in multivariate statistical tests using logistic regression analysis found an independent variable associated with the demand that is variable with the value of formal education courses (p value 0.05) 0r = 0.63 95% CI: 12:39 to 1:10, which means respondents with higher formal education the lower the utilization existing health care facilities.
